How much is lost to financialisation in adult social care and nurseries
This research analysed the finances of thirty-two of the largest operators in the adult social care sector (12) and nursery care sector (20) and found that the twenty-five for-profit providers (of the thirty-two) have £984m in excess spending (relative to the seven not-for-profits) on non-frontline costs.
The ownership structure of adult care home services in Cymru
Trinava’s report for the Centre for International Corporate Tax Accountability and Research (CICTAR) reviewed the ownership of the largest providers of adult care home services in Cymru (Wales) and looked at how it had changed over the five years from April 2020 to April 2025.
West Cumbria Mining
Back in 2021 we looked into the companies involved in developing the proposed coal mine in West Cumbria and highlighted concerns. Now with the mining licence denied the company involved is suing the UK in an international arbitration tribunal. Trinava Consulting director, Vivek Kotecha, was interviewed for the story given our research into the companies.
